Fantastic service! I had a huge wasp nest inside my house. They got in around by breaker panel and just kept building. I called TPC came in 15 minutes; the problem was solved in 30. Very professional and friendly. I would have been covered in stings if I tried to get them out. Really good value.
This company is the best. I have been using them for years whenever we have problems with rodents. Appreciate how quickly Mike returns my call and turns up quickly to deal with my problem.
I just called Total Pest as I have a racoon issue in my backyard, someone picked up on the first call and even though they do not work with racoon control this person was so lovely. They were friendly, helpful and gave me so many tips and tricks. Even though I did not use this company if this is how they help and treat someone who isn't even a paying client, they must provide an amazing service!
They are quite wonderful and truly want to help. I am currently feeling better after some allergy meds prescribed by my doctor, but I had initially thought I had bug bites either from sleeping with my dog or from some sort of bed bugs. I was pretty freaked out. After visiting the vet, the doctor and calling total pests for a quote. He was able to take a look at my bites and assured me it was unlikely bed bites and looked like skin allergies. Surely enough, I feel better by the evening as the itchiness subsides. I really appreciate companies that really emphasize on client trust and customer services rather than scare you into using their services. I will be hiring them if I ever have any problems though. Highly recommend!
