We have been using Knock ‘em out for several years at our business. We have a local business in Howell. We had a bit of a problem with mice in our building when people kept food in their desk. NOT anymore! Donnie and Lenny both have been out to our business to take care of the initial mice problem and now for our continued maintenance. We also have them spray for the bugs. The staff is always so nice and quick to respond. I can’t say enough good things about Knock ‘em out! I’d call their office to make an appointment if you need pest control. We have spoke with Kayla and Bella in the office…SO helpful! We will be using knock ‘em out forever!

Very friendly customer service rep and technician. The only bad thing I can say about the whole experience was the price seemed really high for the amount of time spent on site. We had a yellow jacket nest in the exterior wall of our kitchen between the insulation and the drywall. Technician was there a total of 10 minutes. Poked a hole in the wall and sprayed and then sprayed outside around the soffit where they were getting in. Charged $225. I have no experience with exterminators and nothing to compare to but that seemed a bit pricey to us.

We heard a crackling noise in the ceiling of my son's bedroom and I knew immediately what it was. After searching for pest control companies in the area I settled on Knock Em Out because the reviews were positive, I was able to get a person to talk to when I called, and they could come out the next day. Lenny arrived on time and took care of the problem, including cutting through the ceiling to remove the nest. I was impressed with how easily he was able to fix our problem. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend:)
