Instead of spraying anyway, he was honest and told me there was nothing that needed to be done. He didn’t charge me a thing, took the time to explain everything, and even left some glue traps so we could monitor for any evidence. Scott was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the right thing. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and integrity these days. Highly recommend Powers Pest Control.

I recently used Powers Pest Control, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care.

I worked with Scott, who was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it. I had an ant issue with my new home and he answered all my questions patiently and when they just moved locations in the house, he was back to handle it. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

What stood out most was the level of attention and thoroughness Scott brought to the job—he didn’t just do a quick spray and leave eat time; he made sure every corner was covered and that I felt completely confident in the results before he left.

I cannot recommend Scott Powers of Powers Pest Control highly enough! From the moment he arrived, he was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring about the stressful situation I was dealing with—birds and mites living in my bathroom vent. Scott took the time to explain every step of the process, from what he was going to do to what he was doing in real time. His communication was clear and reassuring, and I felt completely informed and supported throughout.

What stood out the most was his humility. Despite his obvious experience and knowledge, he never once came across as arrogant. Instead, he was down-to-earth, respectful, and truly invested in resolving the issue. He handled everything efficiently and professionally, and most importantly—he got the job DONE.
