They kept billing me after I had canceled their services. There kept missing parts of my lawn they killed one of my cactus that had been growing for over 15 years. Two of my bushes and the weed would always come back after “ONE!”. They suck don’t ever use this company worst lawn care ever!

So I have only had one service so far. One of the primary reasons for hiring them is their service for weed control. I'm disabled and just can't do weeds in my rock yard. After they sprayed the weeds initially within the first seven days most of the weeds died. The more hardy weeds took about ten days. It worked great. I'm happy so far with their service, I hope it continues. So there you go.IYAAYAS
Horrible business practice, horrible service. On every visit to my property excluding the first, the agreed upon work was not completed, if they showed up at all. I called on numerous occasions to have the tech return and complete the job. Customer support was polite, as was the tech, but the work was terrible, again, if they showed up at all. After canceling services with prime pest, I unknowingly continued to be billed and due to lack of payment they turned to charges over to a collection agency. Not recommended. Use at your own risk.
I have had 2 bad experiences with this technician. He spot sprays and when called to come back he comes back upset swinging his hands fast from side to side and still missed spots. Keep seeing lungs in my garage.
