Reviews
What customers say
Two customers described the service as professional; one also found it quick and efficient and valued a suitable option at a better price without an upsell, while the other praised appointment flexibility and an effort to work as eco-friendly as possible. Another customer said the treatment had not fully resolved the issue and that a request for a longer warranty was answered with a suggestion to use another company. One customer described poor advance communication and said poison was sprayed over their dishes; an earlier customer objected to being told to wait at home from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a 15-minute job, with no 30-minute arrival call.
Customer Reviews
Kyndra
Horrible experience. They don’t communicate anything beforehand and they literally just sprayed their poison all over our dishes. Really unprofessional and half assed company
Vishnu Subram
I was an existing client of RMB Extermination, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Despite their treatments, the issue was never fully resolved. When I asked for a longer warranty period given the circumstances, the owner simply told me to “go with the other company.” This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is not what you expect when you put your trust in a professional service. I would not recommend RMB Extermination to anyone looking for reliability or customer care.
Mathieu M.
Very professional. Quick and efficient. They didn't try to upsell me, on the contrary they offered me a suitable option for what I requested at a better price. Highly recommended.
Tony Travaglione
Very professional, accommodating with appointments and do the job eco friendly as possible.

Not a great experience ..i reside in a low cost housing unit who has a contract with this company for the extermination of unwanted pests..when given a set date for the service i was told that no our personnel does not call 30 minutes ahead to say that they are on the way...i am employed at a distance not too far from my residence and thought this would be convenient and i could be here in a timely fashion however i was told that i would just have to stay home from 8 am to 4 pm and wait for someone to show up to do a 15 minute job the woman i spoke with was rude and expected me to accept this with no further discussion...i have since cancelled this appointment and will never ever call this fine and upstanding model of efficiency and customer service....BEWARE
