It's very hard to cancel the service, they make it difficult. Their communication is not very good, I called to reschedule my appointment 24 hours ahead of time, had to leave a message and they never called back and they showed up anyway.

This company is a nightmare. The cockroaches are just as bad today as when they started — their treatment didn’t work, period. They do not honor their so-called “money-back guarantee.”

I called repeatedly and got no answer. No one returned my calls. I canceled my service — and they still sent someone out to treat my yard even though I didn’t want it done. I was trying to get rid of cockroaches, not pay for lawn service.

They billed me every month despite “quarterly treatments” and now claim I still owe them money. And I wouldn’t have a problem paying that if there was some kind of progress in my situation.I get more calls from them chasing payments than I ever did when I was a customer.

Consumer beware: their guarantee is worthless, their billing practices are shady, and their customer service is nonexistent. Do not use this company unless you want to be harassed and robbed.
