They are very friendly and get the job done! And they only use stuff that is safe for my animals. I still have them come out for preventative care every season change. I will always choose orkin. Extra special shout out to Kevin for always taking good care of my home!
It's very hard to cancel the service, they make it difficult. Their communication is not very good, I called to reschedule my appointment 24 hours ahead of time, had to leave a message and they never called back and they showed up anyway.
Robert my technician did such a wonderful job his previous visit that my sticky traps were almost empty and less spider webs in the basement! He is always friendly, kind and patient.
The Orkin pro, John Eichler, was excellent! He was very thorough and professional. He completed the inspection and advised me of his findings. He was very kind and personable. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
Satisfaction Guaranteed? Not Even Close.This company is a nightmare. The cockroaches are just as bad today as when they started — their treatment didn’t work, period. They do not honor their so-called “money-back guarantee.”I called repeatedly and got no answer. No one returned my calls. I canceled my service — and they still sent someone out to treat my yard even though I didn’t want it done. I was trying to get rid of cockroaches, not pay for lawn service.They billed me every month despite “quarterly treatments” and now claim I still owe them money. And I wouldn’t have a problem paying that if there was some kind of progress in my situation.I get more calls from them chasing payments than I ever did when I was a customer.Consumer beware: their guarantee is worthless, their billing practices are shady, and their customer service is nonexistent. Do not use this company unless you want to be harassed and robbed.
