Aaron was great with communication before, during and after my appointment. He asked if there were any special areas I wanted him to concentrate on and he covered those areas thoroughly. He was super friendly and helpful. I love using Atlas to control our pest issues throughout the year.
UPDATE: The technician finally showed up this morning (unannounced, but at least they finally came)...it is now Friday and they were supposed to be here "between 10am-5pm Wednesday". There has been zero communication on when they were actually coming; I reached out to my property manager towards the end of the day the last two days and every time I get the "they're coming today" and they never came. The technician who showed up this morning (unannounced-but that could also be an issue with my property management team) was a lot nicer and more thorough than the last guy who carelessly sprayed over personal items and just didn't care where he sprayed the poison. While I am "just a tenant" at this apartment complex I am the one who has to suffer from any issues with customer service. We have two dogs so could not just leave them alone and allow the technician access after witnessing the last guy spray poison in our dog's water dishes!! I will bump up my review to 2 stars because of the great customer service by this technician today; I am sure it was not his fault he was delayed for two full days, but if the dispatch could work on communicating work clear and accurate timelines with businesses they are coming to so people can move their lives around that would be appreciated.This company was hired to spray at my apartment complex. The first guy who came through was knowledgeable and showed up on the day he was supposed to, said our unit was fine and we thought everything was good. Two weeks later, and a day after he was scheduled to come (which lost me and my fiancé two full days of work because the company failed to notify our property manager until the literal end of the day he wasn’t coming at all) a younger guy came through and said he had to spray (contrary to what the initial guy said), carelessly sprayed all over personal items because he wasn’t paying attention. Now it is two days past when they were supposed to come by again and still no word on when they’re coming. Terrible communication and lack of knowledge of what they are spraying. The technician told us we could bring our dogs back inside after half an hour yet the product that was sprayed remained wet and sticky all around the apartment for hours after he left. This company has now cost my household four full days of work waiting on them. We saw the van pull through the parking lot yesterday, but the guys never showed up and my property manager still has no deadline or idea when they are coming, we were told the day before yesterday and then yesterday and now nothing. The lack of communication by this company is astounding; I can’t understand how a business can run like this.
We recently had one of Atlas’s technicians out to our Silver Biotics office for routine pest control, and I want to highlight the exceptional job he did. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products and treatment plan. He took the time to walk us through what he was doing, answered every question, and made sure the entire facility was covered thoroughly.You can tell he takes pride in his work, and the level of care he put into the service really stood out. Since his visit, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement, and the whole process felt easy and efficient. His name is Kalab and he killed it!!!????Highly recommend him and Atlas for anyone looking for reliable, top-tier pest control service.
I had such a great experience with this company! Jacob came out to help with my pest issue, and he was absolutely wonderful. He walked through the apartment with me, explained everything, and really made me feel comfortable with what was going on. He was easygoing, reassuring, and clearly knew what he was doing.
