We were desperate for someone to come out and handle a wasp nest under our stairs before our wedding party came in the next couple weeks since we have multiple people staying here that are highly allergic along with myself and spouse. He came without question in a matter of minutes took a look explained exactly what was going on came back later and handled everything. I cannot express enough gratitude for the promptness of this man and kindness and if we need help in the future we will no doubt be calling him and recommending him as often as we can. He is a wonderful person and very professional as a business provider.  I talked to a couple  people before John about this yellow powder inside of the house and no one wanted to come and do a site inspection if there were no insects around. The yellow powder just kept appearing. My husband found John from google search along with a couple of others and he was the first person to respond to my message and set up a site visit. Turns out that the issue is not caused by insects so he didn't charge me a penny. He solved a problem that no one else could figure out. He also advised what needs to be done next to fix it. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his service if anyone needs help for pest control.

I can’t believe it. He was very knowledgeable and I was confident what he did was going to work even before he left, and it did work. Also, the amount he charged was way below what I expected.
