We have used Halt for several years now and have been very happy with the results. We had a big mouse problem inside and outside and their treatments took care of it quickly and have kept the mice away ever since! But not only the mice but we have noticed our ant issue and other insects have gone way down and even disappeared as well. Today, Andrew came to do our treatment. He was very friendly when he came to the door. He talked about both the interior and exterior treatments scheduled for that day and answered all my questions. As there were some changes that I needed to make, Andrew adjusted quickly and knew exactly what to do to help with the issues I was having. Stetson arrived right on time and got straight to work removing a wasp hive that had actually grown into our basement foundation. We thought the problem was solved, but after he left I noticed a few wasps were still coming into the basement. I gave him a call and he came right back without hesitation. He suited up again, fully removed the nest, and made sure no wasps were left. Problem solved!This was such a unique situation (we’ve never even heard of a wasp nest inside a house before), but he handled it like a pro. He was professional, courteous, and determined to see the job through. We’ll definitely be using this company on a regular basis for all our pest control needs. Great service and a great company!
