We had a mouse problem in our new home. Austin came right away and was able to find all the outside entry points and seal them. We haven't seen any since. He explains all options with no pressure, and his rates are very reasonable! We also chose to have bait traps put outside, and when he came to check them there had been no activity, which he communicated and we could decide whether to continue having them or not. His honesty is appreciated! Highly recommend.
If you have a pest problem, Austin is the person to call. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and super thorough. He is the third person I've called to help locate an entry point for mice in my utility room. He looked in places nobody else even considered and found (and fixed) where they were getting in. He also took the time to check and address other weak spots in the exterior to prevent future issues. I would recommend Austin for any pest problems and for preventative work to keep pests out before they get in.
