Mat was quick to respond to our message for help with bedbugs we found in one room of the house. He answered the questions we had and sent out the prep sheet right away so that we would know what we were getting into. He was able to fit us into the schedule with a few options of times we could choose from. We are confident that the thorough treatment applied to the mattresses, furniture and perimeters of the bedrooms (as well as the many hours we spent doing laundry on high heat) will take care of the problem.Hopefully we don't have any more critter issues, but Shield Pest and Wildlife Control will be our go-to if we do.
