Technician is always good… but spraying for anything when it’s been raining and/or will rain very soon shows lack of caring on the company’s part for a premium cost service. The service should be automatically rescheduled or the customer should be asked if they want it rescheduled.

Overall experience is great, with great service. They’re available anytime you need them for extermination and very respectful of your home and your time. Mr. Warren does an excellent job and is very thorough in his work that he does.

Honestly, the technicians are super nice and helpful. However, the price is too costly and I tried cancelling the service last year and they called and gave me a "deal". Well the price went up quite a bit more for 2026 so I emailed on December 1, 2025 to cancel even before i got notification of the price increase. I knew they were getting close to doing another service.

They didn't respond until Dec. 9 with another "deal". I responded right back and said please cancel.

They went ahead and did a service on Dec. 15. No notice they were doing a service until the technician texted me stating he was at our house and did i want them to go inside. I was working and tried to catch the technician to stop but they had already done the service. The technician had no idea that i had requested cancellation.

My email states i do not want this service - why won't they cancel. I do think $169.50 every quarter is WAY TOO MUCH to pay for pest control.

Please just cancel my service. Plus i should get a refund for my last payment because i requested cancellation before the service happened.

Maybe this review will help them finally cancel our service. If not, I guess I'll call their corporate office.

William with Fox Pest Control has been so amazing during this time for treatment of my Mother's house! He is so friendly! He was very thorough to ensure improvement throughout the entire house. If I could do more than 5 stars, I would!

They went to the wrong house and done a treatment on the house 2 doors down from me. When I text and said they went to my neighbors and not mine he kinda argued with me, but I have cameras all over my house and told him that and that he was never at my house. I even sent a picture of the truck parked down the street from me. He also sent a picture saying my vent duct cover was broken, I sent him a picture back that mine was not broken, which then further proved he was definitely at the wrong house. I guess it's a win for my neighbor that they got a free 3 month treatment though..lol. Also my house number is clearly on my porch right next to my door, and also my mailbox right in front of my house. I just don't understand why i would lie to just get a second treatment or something..I mean would that even benefit me, but seriously I just wanted the treatment I had paid for, no more or no less. He did come back and do the treatment at my house and apologized which i truly appreciated, but still if he had just looked at the house numbers it would have never happened. j/s
