Fenix is the worst pest control service I have ever seen. I was told when I signed up I would receive a neighbor discount and the “Quarterly” rate would be $99. Then Fenix shows up 1 month after for what they call a 30 repeat that was never stated to me that they would be back and charge me again for the arrive. Then when I received the bill it was $137 when I called they lied and try to tell me the $99 was one for the first service. So I wanted to cancel all further services and they tell me that it is not possible until after I complete the one year contract. None of this was explained to me when I signed up and want everyone else to know what you’re in for. Proceed with caution!
The service provide was good, however, I wasn’t given a time frame of when to expect them to show up. I received a 30 minute notice on the day of treatment. I had to take the entire day off work. I would suggest giving your customers at least a two hour window, 3-5 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate the service. Also, I was not explained that my service was going to be the full “roach” service again. I thought that was only the first treatment. This is what the tech thought he was supposed to do today. If that really was the case I would have needed more notice to prep my home and get my dog out of the house . I settled for an errands Ed pest treatment instead. Hopefully I will get charged correctly. I guess I’ll see.
Nathan did an excellent job servicing my home for pests. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I appreciated his thoroughness, he checked both inside and outside, made sure to cover all problem areas. Very friendly and respectful throughout the visit.

He was very quick with the exterior service, didn't tell us when he was finished.Don't think he filled the rodent boxes, which needed done.If he would've talked to us when he was done, I would've asked him to do that.No interior was done but probably not necessary this time.I had also asked him to knock down the wasp nests on the deck and above the big window, he didn't do either. ????Wouldn't rate his service very high and if this is a pattern will look for new company.Thanks.
