Chris is our service technician and he is always on time and very professional. He patiently listens to all of my concerns and does his best to address them at each visit. We also have a new puppy and he is very good about reminding me to wait the appropriate amount of time before we can let her back in the yard. Highly recommend.
Our new service tech (Christopher) in Martinez Ca has done an excellent job. Great communication and thorough service In addition his boss (Jackson) has followed through very well with some recent concerns I have had.Both of them have restored my confidence and been instrumental in my remaining a customer. (Due to some recent issues with corporate office I was unhappy) but Christopher and Jackson have shown improvements in customer service.
