For over 5 years we have had Mosquito Man spray our yard for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks and I will continue to do so. We have pets so, the fact it’s pet and plant friendly is a relief. We spend many hours outside, spring, summer and fall and I never have to worry about us or the pets being bitten and our annual August party is mosquito free, of course. The spray techs are always kind and courteous. Certainly worth the money!!!
I am giving one star because their guys are super professional and polite but their product could not eradicate a few carpenter bees. Wasted over $300 for what?I emailed to express my complete disappointment and someone finally called me back, some area manager, who was completely indifferent to my situation.He questioned me on what happened and when I told him all their product did was managed to help kill some ants outside (since the tech sprayed the entire deck) this guy thought that was worth the $300 I spent. Their techs had to come out 3 times and spray the area the bees resided in…no effect. In this guys mind the techs having to come out 3 times and their product inadvertently killing some ants was good enough…LOL…oh and I was also blamed for not allowing the tech to spray nearby trees and bushes (which could potentially be harmful to honey bees or bumblebees). Sorry that I don’t think killing innocent and actually valuable bees to our ecosystem is worthwhile.Plus how does a product sprayed on a surface that the carpenter bees frequent not work??? And how would spraying bushes do the job??? The product obviously fades so when it dissipates the bees come back. The ants clearly died because they were in the place that got sprayed. The bees weren’t there so when they came back the spray was gone….it didn’t prevent them from returning at all, which is what I understood would happen.I have never dealt with anyone more unqualified for this field.When I asked how he justified this reasoning for not meeting my needs as a customer and giving me a refund - he literally said, “Well our product killed the ants and we had to come out 3 times”.Yeah 3 times to no avail to only manage and kill some ants. Guess my expectations were way too high.I PAID TO ERADICATE CARPENTER BEES that divebomed our heads when we went outdoors not to accidentally kill some ants.And yes I wholeheartedly believe I deserve a full refund. I paid for a service that failed to deliver and was further insulted by one of their employees/area managers who knows nothing of customer service….so what did I pay for??? REALLY!
The team at Mosquito Man has been amazing. Their service was great and getting our lawn sprayed allowed us to enjoy our backyard free of flying insects.Looking forward to enjoying their service again this summer
Jalen at mosquito Man is awesome, great customer service, friendly and professional.Mosquito man treatment is very effective .We have 0 mosquitoes in a country setting, we also get the spider spray which is very effective.
