Andrew did my first application today. Since I was a new customer, I had a few questions. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me thoroughly. He did a great job!
I also appreciated Jay, who helped me get signed up with Ecoshield. He was very personable and thorough as well. So far, I am very impressed with this company!

The team that came today was fantastic! They were super thorough and walked me through what they were going to do and what they did. Very kind and patient. I have extreme arachnophobia so having them be so kind about everything made this process so much better. I’ll definitely be working with this company again and recommending them to anyone who needs pest control. Zakai, Dave, and Matt, thank you guys so much!!

Jacob was great! Very informative, professional, and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and the reason behind it. I also met Luke and he was awesome as well. This was our first service with this company so hopefully I can continuously be blown away by them!

I had an exclusion service done a year ago on my garage door. It has been a disaster ever since. I have called dozens of times. They have sent a technician once to look at it. Mind you, my old garage door stripping never let water or mice in. But I liked the idea at the time of have a newer heavier duty one added. That was my mistake. Ecoshield drilled holes up and down my garage door and as you can see the pictures, they do a great inclusion service as now I get water and mice in my garage. Called multiple times, customer service number is pitiful and every time they say "someone" from the local office will call you back. They don't. Ever. Then the other day, apparently some kid came by to do an annual checkup. I did not authorize any service but I showed him the "inclusion" service they provided and he took a picture, said he would send it to his supervisor and they would call me. Which, shockingly, never happened. And to top it off, he put a little epoxy in a hole, which I did not authorize, and then I get a bill for $200. It is pretty sad that the leadership in this office has zero regard for customer satisfaction which clearly extends to the technicians who ruined my garage and can't seem to fix it. This is a pass the buck company through and through. If you would like an "inclusion" service like mine, by all means, Ecoshield, is the place.

Update: Based on the reply, it is clear that customer service never contacted the "local office." The local office should be well aware of what account I am affiliated with as the last technician supposedly emailed his supervisor and customer service has promised a callback from them on multiple occasions. Not shocked to hear they cant find an account that would only require a last name search. Its a joke.

Salesman is who came to begin with. First time was good and thorough. After that they did almost nothing. Didn't listen and had to have them come bacl each time they came be ause they lilled nothing. . Didn't get rid of wasps, spiders, or mice. I explained i didn't want them there unless I was there and they still sent people anyway. Told them I wanted no service over winter. They canceled my account and charged me hundred to do that. Would never get them again!

Bowen treated our home today, and I was very impressed by his explanation of the product used and the precautions while it was damp. Also impressed by how thorough he was. Will request him as our regular tech from here on out! Thank you, Bowen

Joe, Horatio & Michael Jay are da best!! Appreciate yall!! Really appreciate they still came this weekend but postponed pmt until next weekend. Really easy to deal with, and I always get a text reminder beginning of the week before they come. Have had no issues since using their pest control services

Michael is memorable. Genuinely a kind person, considerate of how I need to maneuver my animals so he can complete the inside/outside treatment, always in a good mood (even on a super cold day, pending a winter storm later). Confirms treatment and gets it done. I always appreciate when he is the one completing my bi monthly service.

Everyone we've worked with has been great! But Jeric is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! So so helpful, communicative, patient and understanding. I could tell that he really cared about my concerns/needs and wanted to help any way he could. And he TOTALLY DID! I feel like he went above and beyond for me and I'm so appreciative
