They helped identify the type of ant, and was able to make a plan to resolve it quickly. There was also no sales tactics / pressure like there is with other larger companies I contacted. We decided to use them for regular maintenance and I would highly recommend them!

He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel really confident in the treatment plan. He even noticed things we didn’t even know we were dealing with yet!

It’s not always easy to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely kind, but this was exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone needing rodent or pest control—excellent service all around!

I had a great experience with Prime Pest Solutions. Chris was very friendly and helpful throughout the process as he responded to my initial inquiry super quick and got me scheduled for the next day. He arrived on time and completed the treatment quickly and professionally; he clearly knows what he's doing! I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. Although I hope not to need their services too often ?? from now on I will be calling Prime for any past control issues that come up!

Had a great experience with Chris from Prime Pest Solutions today! I found them on thumbtack and scheduled directly, they were able to find an appointment with me just two days later which was extremely convenient for me. We were having issues with box elder bugs and clover mites and it was a huge help having them treat the interior and exterior of the house. I really appreciate that he even knocked down some old wasp nests while he was here. This was my second time using their services and likely not my last! Thanks Chris!
