Really unimpressed. What started as a one time service to spray wasps snowballed into scare tactic sales for multiple ongoing services that I'm not convinced had any benefit and are hard to cancel. We also struggled with scheduling, surprising for a service that's sold as a schedule.

Edit: saw the reply, gave that number a call. It's the same regional call center doing the same sell me a new contract BS that trapped me the first time.

I was not happy with the service I received from Paxton. I tried explaining where I needed the house to be checked, but he seemed rushed throughout the entire process. There was also poor communication when I asked about the mouse traps, as he did not seem to know what I was referring to. This made me feel that the information I had discussed with the sales representative had not been properly communicated to the technician, and that the necessary work in my home was not fully understood or addressed.

I received a 5 minute spray and was lied to twice about where the gentleman sprayed. I had an inspection scheduled a couple days later and it was canceled with no prior notification or reason. I emailed and called to cancel my contract with no response. Today I finally got a manager on the phone whom claimed he understood my frustration yet tried for 30 minutes to force me into another service stating if I don’t do it I will have to pay as I am unable to cancel my contract. I don’t understand how a company expects me to uphold a contract that they didn’t uphold themselves. This is bad business. This company doesn’t even deserve an star as they don’t understand what it means to follow through with a service they claim they can provide.

Our regular lady who services our address in Greeley, forgot her name I feel bad, is awesome! She does a thorough job looking over my property and takes care of my wasps nests when they appear. My kids love saying hi when she comes by. Been a customer for almost 3 years now. We had gotten their services after seeing a mouse in the garage. Haven't had any issues since.
