The guys from Sergen replied to my late evening email right away, sent my a very competitive quote and came the very next morning to take care of my wasp issue. The wasps were fully gone within a day or two tops. Very cordial, professional but most importantly EFFICIENT.
Not all heroes wear capes! We are currently in the middle of a house remodel/renos, and a very cute uninvited bat entered our residence through the night and was flying laps around our bedroom. We called so many places and although advertised as 24/7, nobody was picking up the phone. They did, and did their best at arriving first thing in the morning; in less than 10 min, the bat was gently captured and released outside. They also made sure to verify the attic and any other potential points of entry, and also took care of a wasp nest we had. Discreet, humane, efficient and professional is what I would describe their service. 100% recommend — thank you for everything!
