A Step Above Pest Control

I was assigned El Rodrick as my technician. He called me explained to me the process of removing wasp nests. I appreciated his clear communication of all the steps and treatments and he answered all my questions. He provided excellent service.

We had a great experience with this pest control company from start to finish. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing our issue and how they would treat it. They were respectful of our home, arrived on time, and the pricing was fair with no pressure or upselling. Since the service, we haven’t seen a single bug and finally feel comfortable again. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable pest control.

Josefina did an amazing job with communicating and helped me be prepared for my return back to my apartment. She has excellent customer service skills and is a great asset to A step above pest control, inc & termite. I trust her expertise. ??????????

Great company, Dwane came for an inspection, we walked the whole property, he vas very professional and knowledgeable, also he gave us a good price. Easy to schedule work. A little of a wait for the technician but it was worth it. Amazing people, thank you so much!

We’re so appreciative of ASAP Termite & Pest for taking care of our property over the years! Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and always communicate clearly while understanding our needs. Thank you for the many years of excellent service!
