HomeShield Pest Control

Germayn has been an amazing technician for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He always communicated his eta via text and communicate back quickly with any questions or requests we have. He updated what he did that day upon completion and as a cherry on top, he gives me recommendations or automatically sets up additional services as he see fit. This morning it was raining so he couldn’t spray as needed due to weather so he instead did what he could with granulars for ants and set up to return as soon as the weather clear- without me asking! THAT is real service. Hats off to him for being amazing!

I got three different inspections/quotes from three different companies when I found termite damage on my property and Luis at HomeShield was by far the most thorough, communicative, and helpful. Though HomeShield's quote wasn't the lowest, Luis worked with me to make sure I got what I needed at a price that made sense and he made sure to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. All the technicians they sent were on time, gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, and did quick and professional work. Daniel was especially helpful explaining and executing the subterranean treatment and Rudy went above and beyond repairing the damaged woodwork. Appreciate them all and will definitely use them again if/when needed!

Braden did an excellent job inspecting our house. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what we should keep an eye on. He answered all of our questions clearly and made the whole process easy and reassuring. Highly recommend working with him!

When we first signed up with HomeShield we met with Shawn who went out of his way to make sure my mom was completely satisfied with their service. Today my mom met with Marcus and he was an exact representation of Shawn and the HomeShield commitment to Service. Marcus followed up to the property several days later to make sure the problem areas were taken care of. She was really happy with Shawn, and now just as happy with Marcus. Thanks guys for making my mom feel comfortable with you in her home and providing top notch quality service. Thank You for your attention to detail.

My husband and I just started using HomeShield Pest Control and they have been great! When I first called, they were very thorough in their explanation of the services that would be done and they worked with me on the price. Also, Brian was our technician and he was awesome! He was very friendly, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We are so happy we decided to go with HomeShield and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services!
