Black Diamond Pest Control

Garrett did an excellent job spraying our yard. I had a call to let me know he was enroute. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. He took his time and did a thorough spray. I feel I get my money's worth when someone cares about the quality of the job. Thank you Garrett for time and friendly service. Also, had a job by Blake Ferland done and he is exceptional, knowledgeable, and very kind. These are the two I have encountered that went above their job. Thank you Blake for an excellent job.

I recently had Dylan Dobson come in my home and he was the nicest most understanding person ever! He patiently waited on me to gather my dogs up to get them out of the house. Explained to me everything he was going to be doing and how long it'd roughly take. Even was nice enough to hold the door open while I struggled with my dogs. I 100% recommend Dylan!

Kevin Bestie was the tech sent to do Shirlene Rowlette's inspection. He was there in a timely manor. He was so professional and kind. He was able to give me peace of mind and assurance of Black Diamond's ability to provide service to extinguish the pests. He answered all questions we asked and gave tips to help me prepare for the extermination process. He is a fine example of customer service and I thank him very much. He made me feel at ease. I recently had Chris Hewson treat my home for prevent termites, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure every part of the house was carefully inspected and treated. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and clean after finishing. Most importantly, I feel confident knowing my home is now well-protected. It’s such a relief to have this peace of mind. I highly recommend black diamond to anyone looking for reliable and effective termite treatment. Excellent service and a job well done!
