We are incredibly upset with the money we’ve spent with this company and do NOT recommend spending your hard earned money here for them to waste it.Nobody showed for the first scheduled appointment. Carl called after that to reschedule the remaining visits - he scheduled VERY specific times (ex: 3:10pm, 4:30pm, 8:30am) and we didn’t learn until we called into the office when nobody showed at those times that Enviropest actually schedules 5 hour time blocks. Which is fine, but this just wasn’t what we were told initially.We had 2 techs (Byron and Jillian) come out and tell me they’re too large to service the attic and/or the utility rooms where we had captures. We were charged for both of those services even though they weren’t serviced. It took 3 visits for someone to remember to bring out the smart monitoring system but we never received a credit for the missed time. Sean kept telling my tenant how much he hated his job. Jeremiah has been the only tech that has done an amazing job.We are confused by the monitoring system because we have caught mice in the attic where the system is placed, but we have never been told that the system had any alerts on it - this seems to just be a money grab.I sent this same complaint to 2 people and was ignored both times after they read it.
I paid for the mosquito service for the summer and they are supposed to come out once a month. We haven’t had a service completed since June 9 and I can’t get a hold of anyone. We have used this service several years in a row and it has been fine until now. Disappointed and will be cancelling any future service with them (once we can actually get ahold of an employee).
We never saw anyone come after we signed contract. The mosquito service was good but I had to call every time for a spray. When contract ended they continued to charge me Was told I would get refund but never did. Had to open dispute with my card toget refund. Would not recommend this company.
