We are incredibly upset with the money we’ve spent with this company and do NOT recommend spending your hard earned money here for them to waste it.
Nobody showed for the first scheduled appointment. Carl called after that to reschedule the remaining visits - he scheduled VERY specific times (ex: 3:10pm, 4:30pm, 8:30am) and we didn’t learn until we called into the office when nobody showed at those times that Enviropest actually schedules 5 hour time blocks. Which is fine, but this just wasn’t what we were told initially.
We had 2 techs (Byron and Jillian) come out and tell me they’re too large to service the attic and/or the utility rooms where we had captures. We were charged for both of those services even though they weren’t serviced. It took 3 visits for someone to remember to bring out the smart monitoring system but we never received a credit for the missed time. Sean kept telling my tenant how much he hated his job. Jeremiah has been the only tech that has done an amazing job.
We are confused by the monitoring system because we have caught mice in the attic where the system is placed, but we have never been told that the system had any alerts on it - this seems to just be a money grab.
I sent this same complaint to 2 people and was ignored both times after they read it.

I paid for the mosquito service for the summer and they are supposed to come out once a month. We haven’t had a service completed since June 9 and I can’t get a hold of anyone. We have used this service several years in a row and it has been fine until now. Disappointed and will be cancelling any future service with them (once we can actually get ahold of an employee).

We never saw anyone come after we signed contract. The mosquito service was good but I had to call every time for a spray. When contract ended they continued to charge me Was told I would get refund but never did. Had to open dispute with my card toget refund. Would not recommend this company.

Logan came to my house the other day for an initial treatment. He was very courteous and professional and even had me inspect his work for cob web removal. To have the help with this, living in the country as we do, was so wonderful. Its a big job out here to keep up with the spider knock downs. They even are treating the wasps and hornets which we had to deal with this summer. Can't wait to get regular treatments to keep these insects under control year round. Its worth every penny !!! The office was great on the phone and very customer friendly. Thank you again for a great job :)

Pest services themselves were not bad but getting a hold of anyone to schedule warranty service after pests had returned was AWFUL! When we moved we had to cancel our service and move addresses and continued to be charged for the old address for nearly two years. I recently just cancelled service at my current home and they charged my card a day after I cancelled. I called customer service and was treated HORRIBLY by the agent over the phone. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go elsewhere.

I had an appointment today to get treatment for pincher bugs, my window was 12pm-5pm, and no one ever showed up or even contacted me. It took me calling 3 times and sitting on hold for 15 minutes to get in contact with a live person. I was then told "so sorry, the service department will call you back during business hours". If you value your time and money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not reliable and seemingly have terrible customer service.

I feel their service has been very good these past four years. This round I had Jaydon and he did an efficient and great job even switching out my indoor boxes as well as the usual maintenance for wasps etc. I wish I did not have to use their service but there continues to be a lot of activity outside around my house.

We've been using Enviropest for our rental properties since December of 2017 and they are absolutely the best. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, the technicians are all professional & knowledgeable. Seth B is our personal favorite. We know if he treats a unit it's done right the first time & he's always courteous to our tenants, their pets & our staff. They eliminate bed bugs & roaches better than any pest control service we've used. Because of our interactions with Seth We highly recommend them & wouldn't consider using anyone else.
