Harassed my landlord despite not showing up as claimed monthly stated that they weren’t an exterminator they were PEST CONTROLLonly ! Did not eliminate my pest issues they do not “control” flies or mosquitoes w out an extra charge aside from the $75 a month membership . Misleading selling tactics do not show up on time if at all when they claim the did never coming and knocking on door at least . They would have to call someone out of the country !! To answer any questions I may have had abt treatment!!! Pushy uneducated impossible employees and no home office any where to contact or walk into that exists its a VIRTUAL COMPANY so if u want no supervisor to contact which you will certainly need , this is definitely your best bet ! Bad bad bad ** AND we had both of our houses signed up so $150 a month loss , didn’t care !!
Frankie was polite, explained what he was going to do. Shared insight on where he was to place traps and insured me if i did not want to touch them a tech would come. I watched him spray and he was good spraying around the home. I did not need indoor spray only attic traps. Was on point. Thank you for a great job.

Seth and Frankie , those two guys were great.Professional and they completed their work as you might want young men to do it. No corners cut , informative and both of these men were good to educate me to help myself between visits. I think felt a sense of pride in regards to how my fellow Lubbockites treat each other with goodness and care. It wasn’t fake, it was genuine customer care.The kind that gives you faith in ur fellow guy again.Really the conversation was professional yet like the way youd have it from family. Outstanding
Jhamar did a freaking badass job! Super respectful, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He came in, handled business, and got everything taken care of fast and efficiently. He was very helpful, explained what he was doing, and made sure we were good before he left. I highly recommend this company — and if you can, ask for Jhamar. They need more techs like him out there!
