Jerlito from Fenix came for our quarterly application. Just as he was last quarter, we found him prompt, polite and professional. He explained the service he was going to do and answered a few questions we had. He did what he came to do and then checked in again when finished. Hard to tell what's working in the middle of the winter but we have noticed no inside bugs (stink bugs, box elders, etc) that we would normally see during these cold months. Pleased with Fenix so far and very pleased with the service from Jerlito.

Met technician Elliott McConnell today as he was starting quarterly service. Showed up as scheduled. I ask for some specific areas to review and treat. Not a problem. Proceeded to completed service and advised when done. Total recap of service was received and emailed the same. Good job Elliott!!

Be sure to read the agreement/contract carefully and do not rely solely on what the salesperson says. I was told I was signing a one-year contract. I wasn’t paying close attention, and they continued providing service and billing me after the first year ended. When I noticed an eighth service text message after my one-year period had passed (1 year contract? included five services), I called to check and cancel the scheduled service. They told me I was still under contract until I submitted a 30-day cancellation notice. They said I cannot cancel the scheduled service and if I refuse to get the service I will still billed for the service and warned any non-payment would be sent to collections. Anyway I decided to pay for the 8th service and close my contract(hopefully they did that) Regarding the service itself, the first visit was good—they did a cleaning and treatment as promised. However, the remaining services were very basic and not worth the money you pay. I continued to see bugs getting into the house and had to treat the problem myself with additional bug-control products. Why a lot of 5 star reviews? They offer service cash discounts if you write review specifying the technicians name. Read the 5 star reviews to figure out. In my opinion, their service is not worth the money you pay.

Fenix Pest Control in Madison delivers excellent services, and we’d like to express special thanks to our technician, Jerlito. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our home is fully protected from mice and other critters. During his recent inspection, he grabbed a ladder and climbed into our attic during freezing temperatures without hesitation to make sure everything was sealed and secure. Jerlito is an exceptional pest-control professional, thorough, and great to work with. Highly recommend!
