Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise technicians who explain the work and answer questions; after one ant problem, a manager sent a new team, and the customer reported fewer ants while still expecting a spring spray. One customer says a first missed inspection after an ER admission was excusable, but two later scheduled visits also failed; they were left without service, paid a property manager to wait, and were offered only another reschedule. A different customer says fall-invader treatment left haze on about 30 windows and that the company refused to help clean them, saying the condition was within the acceptable range.
