Alpha and Omega is wonderful. We’ve had them come out 3 times in the past year. Each time they have provided excellent customer service and have never tried to upsell on services we did not need.Our first 2 times, Brad came out! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were nervous to have a new person out, it needed immediate feedback. This time, Kevin came out. He was also very knowledgeable, and provided immediate solutions, and will be returning for a follow up to check on the work done today.I highly recommend this business, and if you get Kevin or Brad, bring all your questions! Because they’ve got answers AND solutions!

This local company is amazing! Everyone was friendly! Laura was very hospitable and courteous on the phone during scheduling. Our technician Payton was very kind, knowledgeable and sincere. He thoroughly explained everything to us before, during and after our service. Mark and I enjoyed and appreciate his time. We are proud to support them and definitely will be coming back in the futur! We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs pest/rodent control.
The first time that we called to have Alpha & Omega pay us a visit, (27+ years ago) was actually to our homesite. We were in the first stages of building our home, plumbing was still exposed, and we knew that that was the time to have the termite treatment done. So here comes Tim, owner & only employee of A & O at the time! He did the job well, was not in a hurry & explained the importance of ongoing pest control. Because our home sits on 2 wooded acres, we had him come back soon after the house was finished to help keep insects, etc from coming inside. We have continued to have excellent service & customer care with A & O and have never used a competitor! Tim now has a great team (Kevin did a great job today) and has grown a fabulous business with a foundation of honesty & integrity!
It’s was an absolute pleasure working with this amazing group. An armadillo has been destroying our backyard including making large holes in our yard. The team set a trap and within 24hours, Larry the Armadillo was gone. Highly recommend for any of your pest control needs. Our home backs to an open field and I’m sure we’ll need their services again!
