Alpha and Omega Pest Control

Alpha and Omega is wonderful. We’ve had them come out 3 times in the past year. Each time they have provided excellent customer service and have never tried to upsell on services we did not need. Our first 2 times, Brad came out! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were nervous to have a new person out, it needed immediate feedback. This time, Kevin came out. He was also very knowledgeable, and provided immediate solutions, and will be returning for a follow up to check on the work done today. I highly recommend this business, and if you get Kevin or Brad, bring all your questions! Because they’ve got answers AND solutions!

From scheduling to the completion of the service, everything was truly wonderful. Kevin was punctual, pleasant, informative, and thoughtfully addressed all of my concerns. I am confident that he will resolve our issues, and I am very pleased that I contacted Alpha and Omega.

This local company is amazing! Everyone was friendly! Laura was very hospitable and courteous on the phone during scheduling. Our technician Payton was very kind, knowledgeable and sincere. He thoroughly explained everything to us before, during and after our service. Mark and I enjoyed and appreciate his time. We are proud to support them and definitely will be coming back in the futur! We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs pest/rodent control.
