Fantastic technicians that work here, extremely professional and the breakdown of explaining the situation on how to handle the issue was amazing. The MAJOR issue we had was the billing. We ended up getting billed for service we didn't get AND charged for an upcoming service way in advance. Once I called in about the situation, we were reimbursed the money taken. It unfortunately made us feel very uncomfortable that a company would do this and we decided to cancel services with this company. It's ashame as we really liked the techs here. We won't be calling them back.

We have used their services to help with spiders and insects 2 years in a row.each Time the treatment far exceeded the timeframe which was fantastic since my autistic son struggles a lot with this. Not only this but they even offered a complimentary exterior spray at our new home after we had our house burned down and lost everything.Great services, amazing work and fantastic kind people. We will never use anyone else!! And they are forever in our hearts!
Today was my first time using Bugman, and I was very impressed. the communication was spot on, the people I dealt with at the office were friendly and professional, and Liam, who showed up to take care of my bald-faced hornet nest, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and I will absolutely use them for any future issues.
