When someone does a good professional Job for me I just feel it's the right thing to take a few minutes and show appreciation. Such is the case of these guys. Zach came early in the morning promptly, took the time to access the problem and got rid of the nests along with spraying to help prevent new nests. I'm really pleased with their work and I won't hesitate to use them in the future if need be. Thank You!

We called Westside Pest because we had rats getting into our crawl space of our home. We hired them because they had a good plan to solve our issue. We were very happy with the service we received specifically from Rane, Vishal and Vlad. We would use their services again and recommend them to anyone with pest problems.

Unfortunately the service did not meet expectations in terms of price, or communication. We have squirrels in the attick and mice in the house. We were initially told we would probably be able to get a reduced price as both mouse and squirrel services could be achieved at the same time. This was subsequently, and only after the initial service, renegged. The initial service was supposed to come with a report, nothing was provided. The technician was admittedly thorough and good to work with. The second service, new technician admits he didn't have time to read the initial notes. Was reasonably thorough and pleasant. Third appointment, was ostensibly only there to recover their bait traps for the mice. He spent 7 minutes told me there was no bait activity amd left. The mouse poop suggests activity but he ignored that.

We got the initial appointment for the squirrels in early December, they till havent been back 2 months later. The squirrel problems seems to have been solved.

All reps were clean and respectful of our house. Arrived on time during the 3 hour service window.

Following the posting of this review, the company reached out and sought to assist further. I was impressed by this but customer service once again failed. The representative asked ifni wanted to speak with a customer service manager. I assured her I didn't. I asked that we reschedule the final appointment to remove squirrel hardware. She assured me I did not need to attend.

On the day of the squirrel hardware removal, I get a call interrupting a client meeting. The person asked why I had not showed up given they sent a customer service rep. To add to my indignity, she noted I had recieved a reminder of the appointment. I had, but when told that I do not have to attend and I do not wish to speak to a customer service rep, I am again let down.

Oh and further update, we have our mice back less than 2 weeks post service!

Very disappointed.

I’ve used Westside Pest control for five years and they’ve always delivered on service and effectiveness. Customer service didn’t push sales- instead they offered solutions that would work best for me (that’s why I go back repeatedly). Raul was my favourite technician. On time, efficient, communicative and knowledgeable so I’ll be asking for him in future. Have had great results so far with a variety of treatments for my condo.

Always know whom to call, when Pests show-up & try to take over. That is a wonderful feeling of staying in control ! Brennan has served us well most recently, as to rodents, but we have also needed help with flying Insects, in the past & Westside has always come through.
