Joshua was amazing as always, he has been servicing our home on several different occasions and has always asked if there was any things special that needed attention inside or outside of the house he’s extremely respectful leaves everything exactly how it was found. I really really appreciate everything that he does. He does an amazing job.
This tech, Natavious, showed up at my house, spent around 15 minutes total. This includes pulling into the driveway, sitting in the truck, ringing my doorbell and running a brush on my eves. He lied in his report stating that he used chemicals on my lawn and on the brush but there is video evidence of this not happening. He also lied and said my dogs were in the yard so he didn’t have to treat the rear of my house. I do not want that tech back to “service” my property. On a positive note, management did take care of me by scheduling another free visit later next week. I do appreciate that.
Ethan was great. Very polite and professional. He did a thorough job spraying my home inside and outside. I love that he used his shoe booties without me having to ask. Excellent service!!!

Very sloppy work. Sprayed all over my windows in the back and they now have a film all over them. Instead of spraying base of house he sprayed window level around the whole back and on the siding. Opened storm door and sprayed all over the door and glass. It was sloppy and hoping it does not stain my siding. My windows now have to be cleaned. Not happy with my service.
