Jordan came to check for wildlife in our attic. He was friendly, clear, and very professional. His work was clean and well done. He installed a one-way door to safely remove the raccoons and added mesh to areas that could potentially be damaged. We’re very happy with the service and highly recommend him.
I hired Icon pest control company after a raccoon entered my attic, and I am very satisfied with their service. Nima handled the installation of the one-way door to allow the raccoon to exit safely and secured the roof by installing RSIs to prevent re-entry. After the raccoon was gone, Aryan completed the follow-up work by removing the door, sealing and patching the opening, and conducting a thorough inspection of my attic to check for any potential damage caused by the raccoon. Both were professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the overall outcome and would recommend their services.

This is the second time that I have required your services aschipmunks like to enter my home. Jordan is very professional, kind and respectful. The first time he came, he checked everywhere for possible entry points until we figured out they had cut through the mesh of one exit vent and entered through there. He set up an exit trap and they eventually got out . The second time he throughly checked everything again , but the exit trap was intact . We figured this time the chipmunk had entered through the back or front door and had nicely settled in the basement . He set up a humane trap however it got eventually out on its own through the exit trap. I recommend the company and Jordan for their service.
