Last Fall, we had both squirrels and roof-rats in our attic.. driving our poor cat to distraction.

Ryan came out and fully assessed the situation going over every detail of their pest exclusion and prevention plan with us.
Next, their team came out to apply several techniques to extract the pests.
Then they applied barriers to multiple potential exterior points of entry.
And finally, they inspected the work with us and patiently answered all our questions.
We heard horror stories from our neighbors who hired other companies that needed to come out several times after claiming that the pests were gone.
Both Ryan and Dylan were extremely meticulous, customer-focused, and effective.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his team. They are completely responsive, friendly, trustworthy. Dylan did a great job at our house. He was very thorough and addressed all the issues including wasp nest removal. He even discovered carpenter ants and helped with that. Glad we signed up for quarterly treatment so our house will be pest free!
