I would highly recommend Brent from Southland Pest Control. Within two minutes of my posting a request for help at 8:00 pm on Sunday, he responded to my e-mail request. On Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm, he came by the house to set up the mouse bait stations. He was very professional and explained how the bait stations work to eradicate the mice. He was quick and friendly and put my mind at ease. I would contact him again to have future work done such as eradicating Maple bugs or box elder bugs.
My rental company hired them. He called me and I said I would need a few weeks before he came because I just had surgery and could not move the furniture in my house. A week later I miss a call from him and the next day he LETS HIMSELF INTO MY HOUSE to “leave a card” while I was home alone with my daughter. Very scary to have a strange man suddenly appear in my home. My rental company said he absolutely did not have authorization to come in. Now even though I refused his services that we had no set agreement to doing he is still charging us. Absolutely terrible experience
Wow! I noticed a new vole run in my yard on late Saturday afternoon. I filled out the ‘contact us’ form on the website. Within a short time Brent called me and set up a time to come set out a trap station. Even though it was a weekend, he arrived sharply at 9:30 on Sunday morning to address my vole problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently showed me how to empty and reset the station. I would highly recommend them for any issues you may have.
I called Southland as I'd used them before. I didn't realise that Terry had sold the business. However, Brent was fantastic to deal with, came out when he said and took care of our problem withing a matter of hours after the call. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again for any future pest problems. Thanks Brent!!
I sent Brent with Southland Pest Control a message late last night after being stung 4+ times by Bald Faced Hornets (lip, head and nipple…ouch). He replied within 10 minutes and set up an early morning appointment on a Saturday!He was here promptly. After safely assessing the situation, he found the hornets nest, and used an animal/human friendly spray to neutralize the hornets and remove the nest. I’ve gone 40 years without ever being stung by a wasp or hornet. Last night was not fun.I appreciated how prompt and professional Brent was in coming and making my backyard safe again. Very much appreciated!
