I don’t normally take the time to review pest control services, but Adam’s work is so exceptional that I had to make sure his company—and anyone else looking for help—knows he is a master at his craft.I’m currently on an extended visit from NYC, and about a month ago, I noticed a very serious ant problem at my mother’s home. I had her ask the apartment office to put her on the schedule for their contracted pest control. While I didn’t get to meet the technician during that first visit, the results spoke for themselves: the ants were completely gone.Meeting Adam today was a breath of fresh air. He is an incredibly well-mannered, standup guy who took the time to educate me on the specific products he was using to mitigate the ant and roach issues. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly effective at their job and so willing to share their knowledge with the customer.If you’re looking for reliable service, I cannot recommend this company enough. Do yourself a favor and specifically ask for Adam.
Mike was very knowledgeable and very helpful! He was able to explain everything in a very educational way. He made sure I understood what we were looking at before just throwing a price at me. So grateful that he came out to do an inspection and get me set up with the program. Very personable!
Wonderful experience with 901 Pest after a year. Always on time and on the day they say. They are easy to communicate with and friendly…both the office staff and the field techs. They are very thorough when treating. We use them for Exterior treatment, interior treatment (have only had one initial treatment and haven’t needed any since), and mosquito spray in 3 of the 4 seasons. We still see and have some mosquitos, but I don’t think ANY company can get them to zero, unfortunately. Especially in a yard with trees.They are very thorough in their mosquito spray application. Overall we are very pleased with them!
Just all around great service as Mike and Matt were great. I also could not believe how fast there products work as I could not u destined why I had ants in my brand new home, Mike did not waste time educating me and also Matt did not mind giving me all the details on what they do and how there products work. Just all around professional people with great customer service.
