I think every insect is frozen now but Adam made sure that once the critters start to “wake” up, they would be alive for maybe 2 seconds and then they would be dead thanks to his careful attention to detail and care.. It’s super helpful so I can make sure my doggo baby is inside and out of the way. He’s super reliable, trustworthy, and easy to talk to, and he always shows up with a great attitude. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work and his customers (and pets) which we really appreciate. He takes his time, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. We trust him completely, and he’s never let us down.
