Birds removed the flaps and broke the plastic mesh on our kitchen vent and attempted to nest right above our stove. We could hear their chirps and flapping wings inside our range hood. I was anxious to get them removed asap knowing the health risk involved. I called other companies but was unable to find anyone to provide service the same day. Thankful that I stumbled on Acme on Google. Spoke to Abid and he arranged for service within 2 hours. He and his worker arrived on time as scheduled and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They ensured that no material was left in the vent, sanitized it and secured the vent with a stronger (metal) cover. Abid took the time to talk to us and explained how important it was that we took care of the issue early as sometimes mite infestations follow bird nesting.
