If it would be possible to give a negative score I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It appears that the vast majority of these reviews are fake. All 255 are five star and almost all are from exactly 2 years ago. A number of these reviews refer to getting skunks out of attics. This must have been imaginary because skunks are almost blind and don't climb. Unfortunately I was in a panic because a potentially pregnant squirrel had gotten into my roof and was causing a lot of noise and potentially damage that I wanted to get addressed quickly. I made the significant mistake of paying Pest Stop Inc / Mazher Iqbal $500 up front for which I received a quick head poke into the attic, 2 inadequate live traps, and was told he would drive any squirrels he caught at least 10 km away. Not only does this not solve the problem but I have since confirmed with the ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry that what he's doing is illegal. There was nothing included to address the damage or at the very least secure the hole. No squirrels went near this joke of a setup, I had to get another credible wildlife company to take care of the issue and Iqbal was quite clear that he was keeping the full amount. While it was my fault for being foolish, a real estate agent who has no qualifications should not be scamming people who are in need of a service.
