Adam Stang is our Service Agent for Adam's Pest Control. He is prompt, courteous, conscientious, informative and takes time to listen and educate us on our issues. I am very disappointed with Adam's pest control. I was seeing small roaches and reported to our office I live in a very nice apartment complex . I had to empty all my cupboards out everything and two weeks later I'm seeing a bug going across my counter in the kitchen. Come to find out they only did my apartment and not the people on both sides of me and the person below I had talked to another pest control company and they said it's a waste of my time when they do that. The pest control company should never do that and that the taking all the stuff out of the cupboards is not a protocol anymore that's not how they do it anymore. I also had a wasp infestation lastsummer really bad on my patio and they had to come four times and just did not have the job completed I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and prior had never had any issues with bugs or anything and I'm very disappointed that they didn't go about it the right way. Now we have to redo the whole process. Adams is saying that sometimes it takes 4 weeks?? To get full results?? And I'm not sure I trust them..
Tyler and Nick were just here from Adams pest control and treated my apartment for cockroaches. This is something I never thought I would have to deal with but they explained to me how easily they are carried by others from place to place. I had recently borrowed a cat carrier to a neighbor who was being treated for them. I mistakenly didn't check it on her returning it. I believe this is how it got into my apartment. I have lived in this apartment for 8 years and have never seen one prior to this. The guys were so professional, friendly and very thorough and explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend did anyone should retain their services. I did not have to pay because the apartment I live in covered the expense. They use Adams pet control for the entire premises and it is quite a large apartment complex. Thank you so much Tyler and Nick!
When we first found bed bugs, we initially used a different company that only sprayed for bed bugs in our mattress and bed frame. But once we noticed that the bugs had spread into the couches in our living room, we decided to reach out to a company that used the heat treatment process. We called Adams Pest Control and got an appointment with Fritz, and with very little wait time- Fritz really was so amazing! He looked through the house, told us what our next steps were and made the process so seemless. He gave me the name and email of his office contact Melanie- she was the best resource for all my questions! - and they gave us simple, straightforward instructions that were very easy to follow and understand. Our heat treatment guy Jason, aka “Shorty”, was fantastic, and took care of getting rid of those nasty little bed bugs! Fritz came in about three weeks later to do a follow up spray but since there was no sign of any live bed bugs he didn’t have to do that extra spray treatment.Their entire team has been so very helpful and supportive, we are truly thankful for their services. I am grateful that I am finally able to get a good night’s sleep!
I have used Adam's Pest Control for over 20 years, mainly for control of mice, and have found their service excellent, until yesterday. Despite the many snap traps in the basement there was a mouse running around. The traps had been baited some time ago and the bait was gone so I needed someone to come and put out new bait. This has happened before and it was taken care of. But when I called yesterday to request service I was told there would be a $79 charge for this. I called a second time and was told the same thing by someone else. I was told that was the policy. Since when? Always, I was told. I said I had never paid extra before and no one seemed to have an explanation for that. I have since canceled my contract with Adam's because of this. According to my daughter, who also uses Adam's, the contract states that such services are included. So what's going on here?
