From my very first call, Ann at the front desk was super friendly, efficient, and made scheduling completely stress-free.
When Charles arrived to investigate a squirrel issue in our attic, he was exceptionally thorough and professional. Even though the squirrel had already vacated by the time he arrived, Charles carefully inspected the area, identified the exact entry point at a vent window, and securely sealed it up with durable metal mesh to prevent future visitors.
It’s rare to find such honest, detailed, and prompt service. I couldn't be happier with the peace of mind they provided. Charles is a honest hard working person. Highly recommend TruTech, Ann, and Charles!

UPDATE: After my initial review and follow-up communication, the company reassessed the situation and handled it fairly. A follow-up treatment was arranged, and we have seen a clear improvement since then. I appreciate that they took responsibility and worked with us to address the issue.????????
Very disappointed with this service.
After being advised to wait 3–4 weeks following treatment, we waited over a month and saw zero improvement. The infestation actually became worse, with cockroaches appearing daily.
I have dealt with a much more severe infestation in a previous home that was resolved after one treatment with another company. In contrast, this treatment had no effect at all.
