John was great. But he was sent with defective products and wasn’t able to make a quality door for my crawl space to prevent rodents access. The wood was warped so there was gaps on the sides and was not fitting snugly. It could easily fall open.
Garrett is the best. He's so nice and helpful and is always willing to walk around with us to make sure he can address any new problems. He gives great advice to avoid future issues as well.
