I have waited all day for Terminix to show up. No calls, not a word. Time before the guy said he came, no notice, said he had checked bait traps, wasn't even here. But, left a report that said he inspected. Why would they make an appointment and then not show up.?
Don’t fall for the early pay discount. Was told that if I paid my bill early I would get an early pay discount, that was false. 3 weeks later I started receiving phone calls about an open $39.00 balance on my account. They claimed the girl offered it in error and that she needed to be retrained. They refused to honor the discount even saying in one breath they don’t offer discounts in this area. Then following that saying in order to get a discount you would need to pay a year in advance. So which is it?? They promised call backs and they never came. I had to make the calls. Here we are with them claiming they can’t do anything. On top of that the appointment that was scheduled with the tech, was a no show no call. Finally shows up 2-1/2 weeks later for the missed appointment. I truly despise this company and will not be using them again.
Mr. Danna is very professional as well as helpful. He always does a great job. He handles 4 houses for me and I appreciate all his efforts.
I am not one to give a bad review. But, if I can save someone else the time and money with this review - it will be worth it. I have never had so much run around trying to continue business with a company. And my efforts are for my almost 90 yo parent that has had service with Terminix for a very long time. Her 7 yr termite bond contract apparently finished in December. She did not know it was ending and she had no idea they would not process her autopay or continue to provide her with service. When realizing her annual payment was not deducted, we called. And called. And called. I’ve talked to more customer service employees than I can count. We finally got someone on the phone to help us. She set up an appointment for an inspector to come out and reinstate the contract and we were told the annual pricing would remain the same. The inspector came - but he was not the inspector that was needed and he said he could not help us. He was going to go back and talk to his boss and someone would call us that day. He also stated that Terminix was not renewing or writing anymore termite bonds for our area (Mobile), due to the claims from the year before. I have no idea why nobody had mentioned that to us during the hours of wasted conversations about this situation. Nobody called us back that day, which is not a surprise with the service we’ve had. I called again and got the rudest person on the phone. Not only did she question me numerous times about frivolous things, she told me I had to wait 2-3 business days for a return call. Shocker…today was day 3 and nobody has called. I will not be calling back and I will definitely be taking our business to someone that wants consistent, on time payments with a loyal, low maintenance customer.
“I had a great experience with Terminix thanks to Casey Robinson. He initially came to inspect the inside of my home, but I also asked him to show me the bait system outside in the yard. Casey checked each bait station and found that about six or seven units were completely empty. I was disappointed because another inspector had checked the outside just two months earlier and did not replace the empty units. Thank God for Mr. Casey for doing his job thoroughly and correctly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty truly stood out. I highly recommend Casey Robinson.”
