I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have always been satisfied, but i had to take a minute and mention the exceptional service we received from their technician Erica Pierce, After a cordial greeting at the door to make sure our dogs were tucked away inside, she proceeded to complete her duties. After words she came back to our door and shared some suggestions to make their services more effective. She pointed out some very simple items that we hadn't been aware of that we could easily implement in time for our next treatment. The extra effort she gave and her very friendly nature was very much appreciated. She is an extremely valuable asset to your business and just another reason i would remain your customer. Been a client of Insect IQ for several years and unfortunately, I'm probably going to have to cancel my account due to the increase in fees. I understand that operating costs go up, but this is the second time this year....in the past I've had issues with them not checking rodent traps for several months, and inconsistent staffing. I have found my side gate left unlocked on more than one occasion, and I can only hope they actually spray the entire property as they are normally doing service when I'm not at home. We still find spiders and small bugs where there shouldn't be. I always try and support local small businesses, but they are starting to be more like a corporation and have lost their personal connection with clientele.
