Exterminateurs Associés Inc.

It is said that we are what we Do and not what we Say : Well, to put in context , I am in Montreal ( June 22,2023) with a crisis on my hands that requires an Expert exterminator professional Group , I called Exterminateur Associes and despite not knowing me at All the owner took the call and during the entire crisis ( and not asking or billing me a single dollar ) he took calls , place calls to third parties ( 5 times ) and All this out of concern and extreme professionalisms on his part . Folks we are in 2023 and in Montreal !!!!! unheard of and unequalled . In the end , the crisis created from other parties required professional expertise certification, well AGAIN , the owner pulled one of his team , sent them in and they did the expertise and saved me at least 5000 $ . I was so impressed I gave the "Team " a hearthfelt bonus hoping they would partake with their boss , Alas , Their Boss simply said to his Team :" Thanks Guys keep the bonus for yourself" . In short , This is a Company , a Team and a Leader that are completely above and beyond , they dont just Say they have your Back They truly and completely have your back anytime and anyday even when you are a stranger in trouble . Simply put : They are Unequalled

I wouldn’t ask them for any treatment as their unprofessionalism ends up in you paying again, exterminating again, and a prolonged mess. Here is why. 1- They used repelling agent for roaches, pushing them to other neighbours, instead of putting other popular effective and cleaner solutions. I have a good guess that they did it so to create new jobs for themselves by contaminating others. 2- The exterminator had just finished smoking his joint before knocking on my door. He was high on weed all the time. He even drove back high. At the end, when he opened his car trunk, I noticed strong smell of weed. He gave me monitoring tapes/glues, with weed crumbs attached to it. Would you ever expect proper job done by a high guy? What if he forgets some areas? What if he drops them in your home, what of you have kids? 3- Roaches are gone now, thanks to another extermination company, who were true professionals.
