At 8:20am we received text that he would arrive in 8 minutes and he did. He was polite and very professional. He completed all requested checks and even took photos for our reference that we will be able to view in our account.Thank you Rodrigo P.
This company is a completely commercial fraud. They don't care about the results of their work. All they said is full of CONTRACT and HIGH CANCELLATION FEE. When a door to door salesman come to my house he didn't said anything about cancellation fee. But they ask me to pay over $200 to cancel their useless and late service. With a man came and use a stick remove the spider web charged me over $200 per time? Spiders still all over my house and mice stolen my cat food as well. I saw lots of complaints on BBB but no one reply. They do not care about their reputation, they only care about their contact!
I have been a client of theirs for over a year now. Their team is young, ambitious, friendly, and very professional. It's always easy to get in contact with someone and the follow up treatments are always delivered within a couple of days. I personally have experience with Stephane (my door to door salesman, keep it up!), Arshad, Muhammad, and Allen. Thanks for the great service.
Maria came by last Friday and performed a thorough inspection outside my house, applied the necessary products outside and inside my house and took the time to explain what she had done and answered my questions. Professional service. Recommended.
Hired them for the first time to spray for spiders. Was told they would bring a ladder, remove all spiders and webs and spray. The tech did not bring a ladder, did not remove all easily accessible spiders or webs, broke my security camera and did not say anything, kinda spayed a few places and spread pesticide pellets all over my property????? The pellets are everywhere, on my decks, all the way down my driveway, all around the perimeter of my house….. I told the tech before he started I only needed treatment for spiders and when I hired them they made no mention of pellets and did not do what they said they would. I have kids and pets and now have pesticide pellets all over my property. When the sales guy came to my door he told me my neighbour, knew their name, used their service so I would get a reduced fee as they were already in the neighbourhood…. My neighbours do not use them and he knew their names because he had gone to their house prior and asked them for their name before coming to my house.
