Eric did a really nice job taking care of all the crawlspace issues that would allow snakes and rodents to enter. He took the time to take me around and show me all the screens that he had put in as well as other potential issues. I really appreciate the time he took.
I have come to expect great service from Nicolette. She never just makes a quick stop and gone. She not only makes sure if we have any special area to address like today when we mentioned we had caught a bat in our attic yesterday. She went up to check the area and found a flying squirrel caught today. She got a bag and disposed of it immediately. We mentioned with the cold weather we had also caught a mouse in the garage. She checked it out and left some more glue traps to use. She then on her own said she would check out and see the house crawl space. She took pictures of water leaks some wooden areas that had standing water and had mold and even took a pic of the humidity reading under the house which was 43%. Because of her efforts we contacted our landlord and have a roofing company. And a plumber coming to house tomorrow. Even after all this she sweep down Spider webs outside on deck and porch. She really is fantastic
