I contacted this company for an estimate to take care of one issue. A very nice man came out, with lots of information about what they could do to take care of my problem. He then offered me "a deal" to have coverage for an extra 3 months, just to guarantee the problem would be taken care of.They had to come out 3 times, for 3 consecutive weeks. He told me the treatment plan that would be used. Which wasn't used. Every trip, same chemicals just sprayed around. They did get rid of the problem for the time being. BUT instead of charging me for the 3months we agreed on, I have been charged for almost 7 months now. Every month I'm paying them for a service I don't want or need anymore. I call to cancel and argue that this is NOT what we discussed or agreed on the first meeting. I was instructed that I would have to pay over $200 to cancel my service with them!!!!!The person I spoke with couldn't give me any explanation or get me to a supervisor. They have no compassion that I didn't agree to this, that the sales guy straight up lied to me and now I'm stuck paying for services for a year. With no service being done!! Go somewhere else!!!!
We had Ryan service our house today and I can’t express enough my appreciation for his professionalism and thoroughness. As always, the staff of Lake Norman Pest Control wend above and beyond and did a great job. I cannot recommend them, and especially Ryan, enough.
Always great to see our LNPC techs. Each one is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael made sure to follow up on a previous issue and ask questions about any possible pests. He gave us a wrap up of the service and stayed a while to visit with our dogs! Thank you for getting our year started off right!
The treatments that are provided by Lake Norman Pest Control for our house have been great since we started using them. When we first moved into the house, inside and out was very interesting because of the of the trees and grounds we have.Now, as far as service. Danny is as nice and professional as they come. He provides me with some hope there is still customer service oriented people and teams in the work place.Starts with the day before visit acknowledgment,greeting at the front door when he arrives, and an exit greeting letting us know how everything went.Doug in Mooresville
Great service! I contacted them last minute and Mason was able to come out and treat my entire home, inside and out. He was super thorough as always and happy to answer all my questions. Would recommend them to anyone and will happily continue using their services.
