I thought we might have a bug problem, so we called Carey Pest Control Management. Danielle was able to stop by that evening to do a full inspection of our home. She was not only able to diagnose our bugs, but also laid out all the information we would need to make a decision on how to proceed, what would happen, and how long it would take that same night. Danielle was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain the treatment plan. We received excellent service from the first phone call through to the end walk-through to check for any new bugs for residual treatment, and she was always just a text, phone call, or e-mail away if we had any other questions or concerns! Danielle only uses companies that she trusts, and the team that did the fumigation went above and beyond. Honestly, we were stunned by the care they put into getting everything set up for fumigation, even bringing an orchid and a bamboo plant outside so they wouldn’t die, because we forgot to bring them with us during treatment! I spoke with Carey and she is so pleasant to speak with and helpful!I'm a little out of her service area, but she was helpful anyway, trying to find someone she could refer me to, and providing a few suggestions.She's obviously very knowledgeable, has integrity and cares about her clients.
