I had a fantastic experience with this company. We had been dealing with a lingering issue with ants, and no matter what we tried from the store it just couldn't seem to do the trick.I called GenExt and spoke with Vinnie. He thoroughly explained our options for an interior & exterior treatment. After about 10-15 minutes of educating dialogue, Vinnie had me scheduled & was able to fit me in for a same day service.Vinnie came out for the service himself. He was prompt, polite, and professional.We opted for a 1 time treatment that carried a warranty in case there was any need for a follow up. Vinnie checked in several times over the course of 2 weeks to ensure we were satisfied with our treatment-which we absolutely are! We have not seen an ant since the day Vinnie came out.If you're in need of an exterminator I can't say enough good things about Vinnie & GenExt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
