Great experiences with this company. We had a hornet nest infestation that worked it’s way into our house wall (it was terrifying)! We were getting a swarm outside and a bunch or hornets inside and they came right over and took care of it! We’ve had no wasp problems since. They were super professional and explained everything and all the procedures. We were very happy and very impressed! I highly recommend this company!
I called Pinnacle on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Greg was informative and pleasant on the phone. He sounded happy to help. They came on Friday, did their thing, explaining as they went. Greg asked us to call on Sunday to let him know how it went, but I did not call (It was Easter). Greg called first thing Monday morning to check in. Wow! What great service! I have not been bothered by any bugs or rodents since they Pinnacle was here. Highly recommend this company.
Greg Day and Pinnacle Termite & Pest Control were great to deal with. They helped my client with a termite inspection and treatment. They were able to accommodate us on a short notice for the inspection and the treatment. As a real estate professional it is great to have other professionals that you can rely on to get a job done. Greg and his team are the best. I've been using them a little over 4yrs and have had no complaints. When I first moved into my house that I inherited it was over run mice and snakes stink Bugs and more. Greg came in assured me that I didn't need to burn down the house and run that he could make it pest and bug free for me and he did. I would recommend him to anyone.
Pinnacle Termite And Pest Control are the Best! They have safely and effectively destroyed the large nest of black ants that invaded our home. Greg and Steve are both super to work with. They are ready immediately when needed and get the job done. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with their service. We signed up for the 12 month plan and found that it is more affordable than all of the others we looked at as well as superior in what in they do. I recommend them to others all the time.
