The Sales guy (Robert H.) lied to us. Told me I'd only need to complete two services and then I could cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Come to find out, you need to complete 7 services. They have you sign the service agreement on their phone and explain the agreement to you instead of being given an opportunity to review it yourself. Lesson learned that I should have asked for a printed version and signed a paper copy instead of listening to the sales guy and trusting him. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee of $200 because I've only completed 5 sevices.

He told me a price and I agreed, we paid it. Each visit after that no services were performed and I let them know this, nothing changed I canceled now they are threatening to file a lien on our home… Be Careful with the business!! Received a collection notice- when they have not performed their services they still want money! Don’t do it
I have had the best experience with Croach! I’ve had 2 services. A huge wasp nest inside the wall of the house and foundation powder/ spray for beetles in the foundation posts. Cassie was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She really went above and beyond. This company has been so easy to work with. When I had questions they did not hesitate to connect me with the task force- the people that go out and do the work. Sherry in the back office was very helpful as well. I really cannot thank them enough for making it so easy!
Croach is a great service. My technician Randy is awesome. So polite and friendly. He always does a great job. I've been using this service for many years now (back when they were Pest Free). I have always had terrific service. Would definitely recommend
